Westville School District is hosting an event on Thursday July 18th from 1PM-8PM for families to access school physicals, sports physicals, and/or school immunizations. This opportunity is designed to provide an easy opportunity for parents to access these services prior to school registration. We are also pleased to be opening up this event to students at Georgetown Ridge Farm and Salt Fork.
Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation will be providing these services and school nurses from each district will be on-site to help families understand what immunizations or physical is needed; as well as helping families understand what records we already have on file.
This event is completely voluntary and is meant only to provide an opportunity that may be convenient to access these services. Please see the attached flyers for more details.
